Greening transport

Promoting projects which help to diminish the environmental impact of the transport has become an important element of TEN-T policy. For the first time, the 2010 Annual Call directly supported the development of an integrated and environmentally friendly transport system. In line with the priorities of the Transport White Paper released by DG MOVE in spring 2011, more emphasis will be given in the future to projects with this objective.
