Implementation and testing of the interface between the German Baseline 3 system and the Dutch 2.3.0.d ERTMS systems


The installation of the ERTMS along the freight corridor A Rotterdam-Genoa is a major project aiming to facilitate and increase the freight traffic betweenRotterdamport and the EU Central and Southern Member States.

 

This Action aims to enhance the interoperability on the Dutch-German cross-border section Zevenaar-Emmerich by implementing and testing the interface between the Dutch trackside system (equipped with ETCS Level 2, SRS 2.3.0d) and the German one, which is going to be equipped with ETCS Level 2, Baseline 3.

 

The Action includes the following activities:

  • Realisation of the ERTMS 2.3.0d – Baseline 3 interface
  • Testing of the ERTMS 2.3.0d – Baseline 3 interface
