Declaration on staff costs

Facing the necessity to ensure that costs of staff include only costs linked to remuneration (i.e. do not include indirect costs) the Agency has decided to ask beneficiaries for a declaration rather than salary slips and time-sheets. You will hence be asked to sign such a declaration only if costs of staff are part of the sample of transactions selected by the Agency and you will receive the template partly pre-filled.

Please note that the print area for section 4.1  of the Interim financial statement reports below was extended. You will have to indicate the number of pages actually filled-in prior to printing to avoid empty pages being printed!
