Good Practice Working Group
The TEN-T Executive Agency has and will continue to discuss with beneficiaries topics of financial and project management in order to simplify and streamline procedures.
In 2010, the Good Practice Working Group was launched for this purpose, and four meetings have been organised since its foundation. The first outcomes of the Group, including presentation of the information sheets (see below), were part of the agenda of the 2011 TEN-T Project Management Workshop. If you would like to participate in the group, or have any feedback on its findings, please contact tenea-goodpractices@ec.europa.eu
The last meeting took place 1 February 2012 in Brussels .pdf (264.3 KB).
Good practice information sheets
The good practice information sheets describe potential improvements or existing practices that the members of the Working Group decided to share with the wide network of TEN-T beneficiaries. Please note that the proposed improvements are based on discussion at the level of the Working Group and need to be further analysed within the Agency to verify the feasibility and prioritise the implementation.
