Annual Call FAQ

Disclaimer:

This FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list is based on the rules and conditions contained in the legal documents relating to TEN-T Calls for Proposals. It is intended to ensure that the same guidance is provided to all potential applicants, and does not in itself have legal value.

This page will no longer be updated and is here for reference only.

1. Could a feasibility study/masterplan study be supported under Priority 1a)?

As indicated in section 3.1 of the Amendment to the Annual Work Programme 2010 (available on our website), for Priority 1a):

"The aim of studies should be to increase the maturity of implementation plans through, for example, environmental and/or design studies with a view to obtaining the necessary permits for construction."

That means that, in general, a feasibility study/master plan study would not be supported under Priority 1a). In fact, under Priority 1a), it is expected that, for a defined project, such a feasibility study / master plan study would exist prior to the submission of a proposal as part of/background for the implementation plans.

2. Could actions and investments in logistical centres be supported under Priority 1 of the 2010 Annual call?

Under Priority 1a), TEN-T could support transport infrastructure of logistical centers (transhipment/intermodal terminals with open access on a non-discriminatory basis, e.g. rail tracks and/or parking/container storage area) but would not support logistical warehouses and urbanisation works (except specifically related to the aforementioned transhipment/intermodal terminals).

3. Which are the eligible costs for the Annual Call 2010?

The definition of the eligibility of costs (which is applicable to all calls) is in section III.7 of the standard model decision, available at the below link on our website.
